Before contacting support
Please include your app version, iOS version, device model, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Do not include private journal entries, photos, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in support messages.
Premium
Premium subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Purchases can be restored from the Premium screen in the app. The developer cannot view or manage your Apple ID payment method.
