Data stored by the app
Grace stores moment titles, notes, dates, prepared images, badges, and relationships in its local SwiftData store on your device. The app does not include an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, account system, or remote content database.
When Grace offers a photo picker, the system picker gives the app only the item you select. Grace does not request unrestricted access to your photo library. The selected image is prepared for local storage; it is not automatically uploaded.
On-device assistant
On supported Apple devices and languages, assistant requests use Apple Foundation Models on device. Grace does not send prompts or generated responses to a remote AI provider or to Ether LLC. Model availability and system-level diagnostics are controlled by the operating system and Apple’s applicable terms.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases. Grace requests localized product information and reads cryptographically verified StoreKit transactions to decide whether Pro access is active. Ether LLC does not receive or store your payment-card details in the app.
Retention and deletion
Local content remains on the device until you delete it in Grace, remove the app, or erase the device. Deleting an item removes it from the app’s local store. StoreKit transaction history is retained by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Contact
For privacy questions, use Grace Support. Do not include private journal content, photos, payment information, or other sensitive data in a public support request.
This policy may change when Grace adds a new data practice. The effective date above will be updated when that happens.
