Still Privacy Policy

Data stored by the app

Still stores completed pause start times, end times, and durations in its local SwiftData store on your device. The app does not include an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, account system, or remote content database.

Still does not integrate with your photo library.

On-device assistant

On supported Apple devices and languages, assistant requests use Apple Foundation Models on device. Still does not send prompts or generated responses to a remote AI provider or to Ether LLC. Model availability and system-level diagnostics are controlled by the operating system and Apple’s applicable terms.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases. Still requests localized product information and reads cryptographically verified StoreKit transactions to decide whether Pro access is active. Ether LLC does not receive or store your payment-card details in the app.

Retention and deletion

Local content remains on the device until you delete it in Still, remove the app, or erase the device. Deleting an item removes it from the app’s local store. StoreKit transaction history is retained by Apple under Apple’s policies.
