Using Still

You may use Still for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and for reviewing any assistant output before relying on, sharing, or acting on it.

Still and its on-device assistant do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. Generated output may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not use the app as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Pro plans

The Daily Pass is a non-renewing in-app purchase that provides 24 hours of Pro access from its verified purchase date. It does not renew automatically.

Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. A subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. The price and billing period shown by the App Store at purchase time control.

Purchases are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.

Availability and warranties

Features that depend on Apple Foundation Models require a supported device, operating-system version, language, and model availability. Still is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Changes and contact

Ether LLC may update the app or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. For support, use Still Support without posting sensitive or confidential information.
